About this house rental
One bedroom stone house, totally isolated and well organised.
Ideal for a couple. Peaceful, quiet, bright.
Large kitchen, living area, bathroom and utility room at the ground floor.
The kitchen is provided with a stainless steel kitchen, with fridge and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a sink.
The bedroom is at the first floor. It is connected to the ground floor through a glass and metal staircase which gives the chance to look around to the stone walls, the roof, the windows, the light coming from the outside.
It also has its own door window which provides direct access to the outdoor staircase leading to the garden.
The curved swimming pool is set below an old oak and over viewing the hills and the Maiella mountain.
The garden is equipped with a large umbrella, table and chairs, wooden sunbeds with pillows, a bench.
The outdoor garden is provided of a nice light system which decorates the nights.
Ideal location to have a break, relax and visit the beaches and the mountains, the villages and the natural parks. Good food and wines locally.
The house is provided with WiFi, washing machine, BBQ, private parking area.

We had a very warm welcome from Mila and were well looked after and advised by her. The property is equipped with everything you need for a happy stay. Everything was super clean and tidy. We had more than enough capsules available for the coffee machine (which is rather the exception). The kitchen is very well equipped. There were towels in all sizes. From the pool and the terrace you can enjoy a unique view over the valley to the mountains. A paradise for relaxing. Apart from nature, you hear nothing there. We would have liked to stay longer. So the only negative thing was that our holiday was too short. Many thanks again to Mila and Lennart for their friendliness and commitment. We would love to come back!
