The Old Telephone Exchange, is a spacious cottage offering a fullly equipped stay, within the charming village of North Thoresby. Located in the centre of the village, within walking distance of the local shop and pub yet remaining private, with a secluded garden and patio. The county of Lincolnshire brings together the best of city, countryside, and coast Stay and explore the local region, with a short drive to the traditional seaside town of Cleethorpes or the charming market town of Louth and the motor sport circuit Cadwell Park.
Down a private lane, a detached cottage, oil central heating for your comfort and all on one level, with its own driveway, parking for two vehicles, its own secluded garden, overlooking farmland and patio area, with table and chairs. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with double bed, wardrobe space, and bedside units, and a small single accessed from the sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a oven, hob, microwave, and toaster, with a dining area, and our welcome hamper waiting for you! The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, and don't forget fresh towels!. A cosy sitting room with a sofa bed, to sleep an extra 2 guests, flat screen TV and free Wifi.
