About this house rental
The house, furnished in style and equipped with every comfort, is the portion of a cottage located on the hills of the municipality of Massarosa, near the beaches of Versilia, it is ideal for spending a pleasant holiday in peace with family or friends. Upon arrival along the private road that leads to the car park, you will immediately enjoy a splendid view of the sea, lake and islands. The house is structured as follows: on the ground floor, the living area consists of a kitchen with table and chairs, (two high chairs for children available) and a sitting room with its splendid exposed brick arches and ceiling a beams is an open space where you can relax and dedicate yourself to reading ... The whole is completed by a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds with the possibility of transforming them into 1 double bed and two baby beds are also available. These rooms furnished with wardrobes, bedside tables, in wood and marble, wrought iron beds, recall the ceilings of beams with the classic Tuscan house. The whole is completed by a bathroom with shower. The garden equipped with a private above-ground swimming pool, (OPEN FROM 23/05/2026 to 11/10/2026) gazebo, sun loungers, offers our guests the opportunity to relax away from the chaos of the city, but still close to every convenience (Supermarkets , Restaurants, Bars, Banks, Post Office, Shops, Beaches ...) The suggestive pergola with table and chairs allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors using the barbeque for fabulous barbecues, enjoying a good glass of wine, or making a pleasant aperitif spending relaxing moments outdoors with an enchanting panorama. Available for the amusement of the little ones, outdoor games ..(rocking chair, slide, table with chairs) and for the older ones a brand new Table Football and Ping Pong table. The house has a parking space with two parking spaces next to the structure and a bicycle rack. This delightful property is surrounded by olive trees, from which we obtain excellent oil which we will be happy to offer you upon your arrival. In short, for a holiday made of relaxation but also of fun, sun, sea, shopping, nature walks, ... this cottage is ideal for your holidays. We will be happy to welcome you and assist you throughout your stay, we will provide you with useful information to be able to move around the area with ease and tranquility, suggesting places to visit with particular details, sports to practice and everything you need. We are waiting for you in Tuscany! Internet connection and energy consumption related to water, electricity and gas are included in the price. Final cleaning amounts to Euro 110.00. The deposit of Euro 350.00 is to be given on arrival in cash.

Tania and Roberto are excellent, helpful and generous hosts and their house and gardens are immaculate. Tania speaks very good English and is full of advice about places to visit how to make the best of the holiday.The property is comfortable and well equipped and is surrounded by beautiful olive groves. It is located high in the mountain and offers stunning views from the garden over the land, lakes and sea. There is a lovely large terrace to accommodate outdoor eating and games and the overground pool is located on the lawn for leisurely dips. If you have small children there is a good range of toys, books and play equipment available, for teenagers there is table tennis and a football table.You will definitely need a car for your visit - there are several good quality supermarkets and places to eat within a short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!

Absolutely perfect! If we could have rate 12/10 we would have done it. The place is beautiful. The house big, clean, well equipped, the hosts are so charming. They have prepare a book with all informations, answer so quickly all of our question!

Up in a beautiful olive grove, the house and view are beautiful! The hosts beyond helpful and wonderful. We wish could have stayed longer, but will be back. ☺️

The property is lovely, and the view is amazing. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning, and our wine in the evening.
The house is spacious and attractively decorated, but comfortable; perfect after a long day of exploring Tuscany.
While the winding lane up to the house is not for the faint of heart, it was beautiful driving through the olive trees.
Tanya is amazing! She can accommodate any need: if she doesn't already know it, she will find it for you. The notes she provides on arrival are very detailed and unique. And we loved the meal she cooked for us! She definitely helps make your stay there a success.
