About this villa rental
Villa Duna is a semi-detached villa of about 265 square meters in total useful - Large and Small Dune - with basic 15 beds distributed in 8 bedrooms:
Great Dune 8 + 5
Ground floor
- 1 double one with en suite bathroom (it is possible to add a single bed for a child)
- 1 double with bathroom next to it
- 1 single bedroom with en suite bathroom
First floor
- 1 twin bedroom with bathroom next to it (it is possible to add a single bed)
- 1 independent single room outside the main building with internal bathroom
In case of need there are also two sofa beds in the main lounge with 2 + 1 additional seats
Small Dune 6 + 1 beds
Ground floor
- 1 double with bathroom next to it (it is possible to add a single bed for a child)
First floor
- 1 double with en suite bathroom
- 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom (an additional single bed can be opened)
The structure can have a maximum of 20 beds in total for a holiday with friends or family with complete privacy, relaxation and comfort
Villa Duna is well cared for and finished both internally and externally; located on the Via Flacca km 0,800 on the sea in Fondi, on the sea coast between Terracina and Sperlonga, and is given for weekly rental throughout the year except AUGUST.
It is immersed in a completely flat park of about 5000 square meters, over 110 meters long, with tall trees (palms, pines, holm oaks etc.) and a well-kept lawn that borders directly on a huge beach (over 50 meters deep !!). The park is very suitable for the elderly, children and infants as well as young people for the possibilities of sports and marine entertainment available (sailing, canoeing, snorkeling etc ...)
The park is completely for the exclusive use of the villa which has direct access, as well as having two direct and exclusive accesses directly to the beach, without having to go outside the property !!!
It should be noted that high poles with strong lighthouses allow to illuminate both the beach and the terrace bordering the sea for an evening / night use of priceless charm as well as the presence of areas with tables immersed in the park for lunches refreshed by the sea breeze and shadow of the trees !!!
The conformation guarantees privacy and allows you to have a relaxing holiday inside or to take advantage of the nearby archaeological and marine beauties (the Pontine Ponza, Palmarola islands rather than places such as Circeo, Gaeta, Sperlonga for pleasant boat trips or trips
The Villa also has a wonderful panoramic terrace overlooking the sea which allows you to enjoy the pleasure of the sea even in pleasant privacy. The areas to the right and left of the terrace are also very equipped with umbrellas, benches, two chaise-longs, 2 sun loungers, 4 four deck chairs and a tall, ventilated sundeck. There is also a very pleasant heated 4-person pneumatic SPA with hydromassage as well as two heated shower areas with changing rooms.
Under the panoramic terrace there is a small boat storage with 2 canoes, a laser pico for sailing experts and connoisseurs, not to mention the numerous sunbeds, chairs, beach umbrellas, games for children from the beach, inflatables, masks, fins and snorkels for fun in the waves of the guaranteed sea.
In the park there is also a small playground for children with a slide, 2 swings and a small house, not to mention a large gazebo where you can find great entertainment such as table football, table tennis, bocce and for the more sporty volleyball balls, badmigton over a regular volleyball field in the park itself for day and night games (it is also illuminated) barefoot on the soft grass of the park itself !!!!
The villa has several porches with the possibility of having lunch, dinner or having a relaxing breakfast depending on the weather and temperature as well as having a large table for 14 people in the garden to enjoy the breeze and the lunch and dinner refreshment of the sea on the hottest days, all with elegant and refined furnishings.
The structure has a reserved parking area of 10-12 parking spaces as well as all the internal facilities for maximum comfort in the home such as internet in all wireless and partly wired rooms, 2 SKY televisions, digital terrestrial TV, DVD player and Bluray between the two available lounges and in the master rooms, S, air conditioner and heat pumps in all rooms in addition to the classic heating systems.
In addition to this, the house is fully equipped with all appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron, oven and outdoor barbecue equipment as well as an external wood-burning oven for pizzas.
In the house rules, pets are not allowed in the Piccola Duna alone and smoking is not allowed in the house, in both parts of the Villa but only outside the Villa.
In fact there are all the comforts and everything you need for a relaxing, sporting, seaside, rest holiday according to your needs

Beautiful place!!! Lots of vegetation around. Suitable for big families with children. Every room has a private bathroom! We used the 2 villas as we were 12. The kitchen is a bit small but it is equipped with every thing we needed. The location is amazing - near a sandy Long Beach!!!

This place was even better than expected. We had a perfect week of vacation with group of 14 people on this beautiful property. The hosts were great and provided great help on everything we needed. We will definetly come back.
