About this apartment rental
Comfortable and spacious apartment, very well located, right in the middle of town, with a small balcony pretty to sit and watch the world go by, with a side view of the lake. Walking distance to the Lake shore, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment consists of a large living room with comfortable living area and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with a firm Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, utility room. The private garage, located in the basement of the building, it is a real bonus, considering that in the Village of Torri del Benaco, free parking is an issue.
Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fan in the bedroom, radiator heating for the winter season, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a family meal if you wish to: you will find a large gas stove, a conventional oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment. In addition, small touches to make you feel like at home, such as an American coffee machine complete with coffee and filters, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent, soap for the washing machine, garbage bags, hairdryer, soap and shampoo, and of course fresh towels and bed sheets!

Perfect. Just be aware that it is on the 2nd floor. Also parking in the garage is super tricky.

We could not have chosen a more perfect space and location. The property is exceptional, very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Communication was excellent and answered quickly. Central for bars, restaurants and the lake is less that 20 seconds away. Can't wait to visit again, sorry to have left.

We enjoyed the location and sitting on the small balcony.
The beautiful apartment is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. It is located in the middle of the square. Fun to watch everyone from the balcony.
