About this apartment rental
Modern studio with small kitchen, it's the end unit of a one story apartment building. The bathroom has been completely remodeled for January 2019. There is parking in the gated lot, right in front of, or very near, the front door. Some pets accepted upon request for modest pet rent, please ask. It has a full bed with a pull-out twin trundle, please see the picture. This sleeps a third person. There is a container yard next door (see photo), and the rest of the neighborhood is residential (see street picture).

I stayed here at this location due to work. Place was in a quiet area and love it. Studio was clean and host was easy to communicate with.

Clean lil spot with everything you need. Close to transit and Long Beach. Host was super accommodating, look forward to staying again.
