The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1990, renovated in 1990, and is furnished in a modern and functional manner. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday complex. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, and terrace. Outside, a large private terrace with a wonderful lake view.

Partially fenced communal land with a wooden palisade. Elevated position in relation to the village of Mezzolago. Beautiful panorama with views of Ledro and over the valley. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a garage and on the property. Access to the house is via a secondary asphalted road.

Central heating (gas). There is a radiator in every room. The heating is independent with an LPG boiler. Washing machine. TV reception is via cable, satellite. There is a satellite TV with channels in Italian, English, German, etc.
