About this villa rental
The villa is made to be comfortable and pleasant, elegant and lovely.
All have been completely restored. Natural materials were chosen in line with the principles of biological architecture. The villa is a late nineteenth century square-based building, with 5 independent bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
Ground floor: lounge with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and a guest bedroom (accessible to wheelchairs).
First floor: four bedrooms looking onto the four cardinal points.
The villa has a private garden with wooden furniture. Around the pool (oval, 6m x 12m x 1.40m) the guests have sunbeds, also made in wood, with mattresses. There is a parking lot of the house (a few meters apart, one can always drive to the house to load or unload).
The villa is part of a group of houses where the owners live. They speak English and are always available for their guests during their stay.
On arrival, the owners will welcome their guests and explain everything they need to know about the house and the surroundings.
An extra fee (200 Euros) to be payed on arrival, requested for: final cleaning, laundry, water, gas, electricity.
In the kitchen there is a device that purifies the aqueduct by eliminating toxic substances and limestone, but leaving the mineral salts unchanged and a PH of 7. 5/8, so you won't need to buy water at the supermarket.

Wij hebben 2 weken gelogeerd met 12 personen in dit heerlijke huis. Er is volop ruimte in en om het huis en je kunt er genieten van de stilte en het uitzicht.
De eigenaresse is vriendelijk en gastvrij.
E is een groot zwembad met ligstoelen en we hebben met de hele familie 2 yogalessen gevolgd in een aparte ruimte op het terrein.
Het huis is smaakvol en duurzaam ingericht met ruime slaapkamers.
Spoleto ligt vlakbij en Perugia en Assissi zijn ook makkelijk te bereiken.

Wij hebben zeer genoten van onze vakantieweek in Eliantemo (5/8-12/8 2017). Met 5 volwassenen en 7 kinderen kon de groep mooi verdeeld worden over de kamers. Alles in en rond het huis is fraai en doordacht aangelegd en ingericht. De keuken is goed uitgerust en overal zijn mooie en degelijke materialen gebruikt. Er is een houtgestookte barbeque èn pizzaoven buiten. Het zwembad is prachtig gelegen en ook vanaf het tuinterras heb je fraaie uitzichten op het noorden en het zuiden (Spoleto). Binnen een straal van ca 45 min heb je veel keus uit fraaie steden en dorpjes (Todi, Trevi, Montefalco etc). Maar vooral Spoleto vonden wij erg fraai, in het bijzonder de omgeving van de Duomo. De dorpjes direct aan de voet van de heuvel zijn minder fraai, maar wel handig voor boodschappen, vers brood en vlees. Let op, de meeste navigatie systemen kunnen Eliantemo niet vinden. google maps wèl.
Goede verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Vriendelijke eigenaresse: Elisabetta spreekt goed Engels, is behulpzaam indien nodig en geeft goede tips. Onze tip; raften in de bergen ten oosten van Eliantemo(30 automin.).

What an amazing place! Peace and calm just pour from this old but beautifully restored house and ease their way into your mind. A beautiful hostess to whom no trouble is too much coupled with stunning grounds complete with a clear blue pool make it just about perfect. Wake to the sounds of gently rustling grass, shower with the natural soaps made in house then Cook in the well appointed kitchen with olive oil made by your hostess with olives growen on the premises. Marks out of ten, Id happily score this placemail an eleven ! Thank you Elizabetta for a wonderfully stay.
