Chic and comfortably furnished on approx. 50 m², the Ocean Drive 3 apartment offers a Baltic Sea vacation close to the beach for the whole family. The highlights are the large balcony for many sunny hours and the seasonal beach chair in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

The apartment Ocean Drive 3 shines through its central and beach location. The promenade with numerous cafes and restaurants invites you to a culinary delight and the port of Niendorf for a walk to let your mind wander. The Baltic Sea is only about 100 meters from the apartment.
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. The dog beach is only 750 meters from the apartment. Please note that only one dog is allowed in this apartment.
Season beach chair included & sauna
During the beach chair season, a beach chair is available free of charge from May 15th to September 15th on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Relaxation afterwards is provided by the in-house sauna, which you are welcome to use for a fee.

2 rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. The living and dining room is open and serves as a common place to stay for the whole family. Thanks to the clever room layout and the comfortable wall bed (1.60 cm wide), the living space can be converted into a bedroom in no time at all. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. You can easily reach the adjacent dining area via the hatch. You can also succeed from the living room on the east-facing balcony with cozy garden furniture. Here you can already enjoy the first rays of sunshine at breakfast and start the day vitally.
In the separate bedroom, the sloping roof creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. The highlight is that the two beds (each 0.90 wide) can be easily pushed together to form a comfortable double bed. So you can design the sleeping area according to your habits. The interior bathroom has a washing machine, a large shower and a towel radiator. The sauna in the house can be used for a fee and rounds off your relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.

A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment in the evening. Another flat screen TV is in the bedroom. WLAN access and the stereo system as well as the radio are also part of the entertainment.

Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage, ca 150 Meter bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung war sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Information, das während unseres Aufenthaltes Straßenbauarbeiten stattfanden, die haben wir nicht erhalten. Davon abgesehen kann ich die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
