About this villa rental
This newly built villa stands out from the rest. Spread out over three floors it provides amazing accommodation for its guests. There are 4 double rooms with en-suites, with the master suite has its own dressing room, and the fifth bedroom is a single bedroom with a sofa bed.
The ground floor comprises of a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area with stunning views over Ovacik. The living space looks on to the pool and patio areas and has a central vaulted atrium with gallery area in the semi circular central glazed feature. The Villa has its own private infinity pool and hot tub. There is a large patio area with built in BBQ and table and chairs, an outside cabana and landscaped garden. There is a good sized parking area for vehicles as well.
The property benefits from air conditioning, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and WiFi. There is a TV in the living room with Netflix and Sky Sports for all to enjoy.
The property is tucked away against the mountain side, and is only a short walk from the local bars and restaurants.
The property was fitted out with furnishings and pictures by the experienced British Architect owner with a keen eye for detail, and no expense has been spared when finishing this stunning property.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with stunning views all round.We were 6 adults and there was more than enough room.Location is high in the hills hence the amazing views but there is a taxi button outside if you don't fancy a hike!Also highly recommend Soner the taxi driver, his number was on the fridge in the kitchen. He was lovely and very convenient and reliable when all six of us wanted to go out together.All in all, fabulous holiday.

Can’t praise this villa enough, it has everything you need for an exceptional stay, the villa is exactly how it looks in the photos. Rooms are huge and decorated beautifully, sofas are in all the bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen and lounge area. Views are amazing. Communication with Martyn was excellent, he will answer all questions arrange transport from the airport, nothing is to much trouble to ensure you have a perfect holiday, I have stayed in many villas, this is by far the biggest and the best

Just returned from a 2 week stay and wow!!! The villa …….. stunning is the best word. Great property, very large and easily better than the description . Amazing views from pool, terrace and every room.The location …… steep hill to villa 40metres long, so worth thinking about if mobility issues however alll taxis drop you off outside the gate so not really an issue. 20mins walk to hisaronu, supermarket 10-15 stroll, taxis button at bottom of drive.Communication ……. First class. Martyn and Fatih were on hand for any question, providing speedy responses and resolution. Nefes (round the corner) is definitely worth a visit, we spent many a morning there.Would 100% stay again at the villa …… already planning our next trip back.

We came in the May half-term with the family and weren't disappointed! The villa is as described, the pool is a decent size as are the bedrooms. We would definitely come again. Any issues were quickly dealt with as minor as they were.Thanks Martyn
