Welcome to the fully renovated annex of this Norman manor of the seventeenth and nineteenth century, located in the heart of a park in a Natura 2000 area and close to all shops. The annex has private access.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with dining area, kitchenette and a toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom bed 140x200 + cot. It is separated from the second bedroom by a small corridor in succession, which also gives on a room of shower with TOILET. The second bedroom is equipped with a bed 160x200 and a large storage space.
We offer if necessary a cot (baby) and an extra bed.
You can move freely in the beautiful garden with parking.
Total surface: 70m2.
The house is located in the heart of Normandy, 8 min. walk from the center of Bernay and 5 min. from the station (1h20 from Paris Saint Lazare).
It is also close to sites of interest:
- 20 minutes from Bec-Hellouin (abbey and permacultural farm) and Cormeilles

Gîte très agréable, calme et reposant, week-end pluvieux nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la propriété très arborées ce n'est que parti remise.
Hôte réactive et arrangeante.

Nous avons eu des facilités à tous les niveaux, Pauline étant une hôte disponible, agréable et réactive, ainsi que son mari. l'équipement pour les enfants est au top: salle de jeux, vélos, portique etc...l'accès à une voie piétonne et cyclable, de la maison est un plus pour se promener. la maison est proche des commerces mais la contre-partie c'est la route à proximité!
L'équipement de la cuisine est aujourd'hui réduit.
Nous reviendrons dans ce lieu si accueillant!
