About this house rental
Brigitte and Gilles will welcome you in the gite "Val d'amour", Small detached house, ideal for a couple without children, located in the heart of nature on the heights of the valley in Nages-et-Solorgues 11 kms southwest of Nimes.
Like to discover the surrounding nature, you will be seduced by the Mediterranean flora and fauna, where calm and serenity are at the rendezvous, also close to tourist sites (Nimes, Aigues-Mortes, Sommières, Pont du Gard, ..... ...) and the sea.
Independent building with gate, private courtyard and its outdoor spaces including an equipped terrace (table, chairs) and a reading area under the holm oaks, no vis-à-vis in these spaces, neither with the neighbors nor with the owners.
You will have access to the swimming pool, the hot tub and the sunbathing area of the main house (owners' house).
Inside a beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling with fitted kitchen with a high table with 2 stools, overlooking a sun-drenched veranda lounge.
In the living room, a round table with chairs, console and small buffet, kitchen with kitchen equipment (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer, iron and ironing board, filter coffee maker and nespresso, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans ... and everything you need for basic cooking).
In the lounge-veranda you will find sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet, TV, poufs ...,
The very bright bedroom, with a 140x190cm bed, has a large closet for storage, bedside tables, bedside lamps and shelves with books (novels, documentaries, etc.)
A bathroom with a large walk-in shower 140x90cm, a toilet, a mirror sink cabinet with 2 toilet kits and storage cabinet for towels and toilet paper, large towels.
The services included are:
- housework
- shower sheets, bath sheets, towels, toilet kit for each person
- sheets for the bedroom bed with memory cousins.
- possibility of laundry at the owner.
For the long stay (7 nights) the first breakfast is offered to allow you to organize yourself quietly.
For overnight stays (2nights minimum) breakfasts are included in the price

The gîte was perfect - it was equipped with everything we needed and was in a beautiful setting - the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The owners, Brigitte and Gilles, were the perfect hosts and couldn't have been more welcoming. The best place we have stayed in the last nine weeks.

We had a lovely stay at Val D’amour. The hosts Brigitte and Gilles were very friendly and welcoming and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was fabulous and the gardens beautiful. The accommodation was of outstanding quality and we recommend Val d’Amour to any couple wishing to find peace and tranquility in a beautiful region of France.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Val D'amour. Les hôtes Brigitte et Gilles étaient très sympathiques et accueillants et Ils ont vraiment fait plus que le nécessaire pour rendre notre séjour agréable et relaxant. La piscine était fabuleux et les jardins magnifiques. L’hébergement était d’une qualité exceptionnelle et nous recommandons Val d’Amour à tout couple souhaitant trouver la paix et la tranquillité dans une belle région de France.
