Unique location by the sea for this family property with its private park that runs along the coast and its direct access to the sea, in the bay of La Ciotat (ranked among the most beautiful bays in the world) close to the city center.
The sea as far as the eye can see, the sun reflected on the waves, the pines and the Mediterranean garden deliver the scents of Provence.
Old-fashioned nostalgia this villa of the 30s, located on the cape des Moulins has 2 access to the sea, one under the villa for monitoring children from the terrace, and the other speaks garage to boat, private access, sloping soft towards the sea. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the large table that is installed allows you to have your meals in a unique setting.

There are benches to enjoy the view and a portico with swings for children and petanque.
