About this house rental
Spacious three bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. Three bedrooms with queen beds upstairs and queen sofa sleeper for additional space to accommodate up to eight comfortably. Perfect for corporate usage and/or family vacations. (Note: We ask that you indicate the highest number of people that will occupy the unit in your request to rent it.) Fully equipped kitchen; washer and dryer in laundry room; fenced in backyard and private driveway. FOUR tv's with full cable access; high speed wifi and equipped with spare linen. No smoking is allowed inside the unit; however, smoking is permitted on the back covered patio which has seating. Please note that the washer and dryer are equipped for residential type use and are not commercial appliances. They are not capable to accommodate heavy industrial type clothing.

We really enjoyed staying at the duplex. The cul-de-sacwas great and the neighbors friendly. There was a small problem with the kitchen water temperature and our host, Virgil was there and had it fixed in less than an hour. The streets in horrible in New Orleans but the people, the FOOD and the variety of things to do are fantastic. We stayed here for two months and loved Algers. We could take the ferry right across the river right into the French Quarter for a $1.00 or for $3.00 one could also have unlimited ferry , bus and trolley rides. No searching for parking or expensive Ubers. Loved it.
I would definitely highly recommend thi property and the gr’eat hosts.
