About this chalet rental
... in the heart of the Vosges in Vagney, close to the summer and winter sports resorts of La Bresse and Gérardmer. Built of red Lapland pine planks with a living area of around 110m2, it will comfortably accommodate 5 people. Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine, two bedrooms (red bedroom: 1 double bed, green bedroom: 1 double bed +1 single bed) and a WC. The ground floor consists of a large living room opening onto a south-facing terrace, an open kitchen with access to a north-west facing terrace, and a large bathroom. Entrance to the chalet is through a large heated hallway, fitted with cupboards and coat racks, or through the garage (electric door).

4 rooms (living-dining room, 2 bedrooms), mezzanine, open kitchen, 1 bathroom (corner bath and shower), 2 separate WCs, 2 terraces (S 35 m2, N / NW 65 m2)
Living area: 110 m2, garden: 1000m2, private road.
Ground floor (54m2 + 12m2 hallway): Hallway, kitchen with table and chairs; dining-living room with table and chairs, sofas, TV; large bathroom with shower and corner bath, separate WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (140cm double bed), 1 bedroom (140cm double bed + 80cm single bed), mezzanine (BZ, 120cm bed), WC.
Basement: cellar with washing machine, dryer, boiler, female city bike
Outdoor summer equipment: chairs + garden table, BBQ, parasol, deckchairs.
Equipment: dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric ceramic hob, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso U), raclette / grill appliance, kettle, high chair, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, iron + ironing board, hairdryer, dryer -towel, washing machine, dryer, wire dryer, TV + DVD (BluRay), free WIFI, board games, toys, books.
Baby equipment: stair gate, bath, travel cot with extra mattress, modular wooden high chair (Tripp Trapp type), cane stroller (for more than 6 months).
Services / equipment on request:
Linen rental: single or double bed: € 7, towels (2 / pers.): € 4 / person, kitchen towels: € 3 / week.
Final cleaning: 60 €
Oil heating and domestic hot water (low temperature boiler). Floor heating on the ground floor, radiators on the 1st floor.
Animals not accepted. No smoking.
NOTE: a deposit of 300 € is required per stay to cover any rental damage. By default, this is included in the quote generated by the online booking platform.

The chalet is located in a quiet residential area, on the first foothills of the Vosges mountains, 1.5km from the central square of the village and its shops: butchers, bakeries, newsagent, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. In addition, Vagney benefits from its own cultural and sports infrastructure: media library, cinema, swimming pool. Many hiking and mountain biking circuits are also easily accessible from the chalet.
Vagney is at the crossroads of the cities of Remiremont (11km) and its arcades, Gérardmer (15km), its lake and its family-friendly winter sports resort and La Bresse (15km), summer-winter resort oriented towards mountain and adventure sports.
The chalet offers all modern comfort as well as the equipment necessary for the smooth running of the stay.

een heel huis inclusief een inpandige garage. Het huis ziet bijzonder leuk en origineel uit. Het is fijn om er te verblijven. In het begin is het even wennen aan de layout. Maar je voelt je er snel thuis.
Tip voor de eigenaar: zorg goed voor het houtwerk aan de buitenkant.

Très bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié la vue depuis le chalet, le calme du lotissement. Les espaces sont bien définis et il y avait de l'espace pour notre famille de 5 personnes (on ne se sentait pas les uns sur les autres). Le chalet est bien équipé. Nous aimons cette nature vosgienne.
Nous avons eu toutes les informations avant le séjour et l'accueil était chaleureux. Merci pour tout !
