Step inside and immediately view the beautiful custom made wooden staircase. Enjoy the giant living room with 4 sectional couches where your entire group can gather together. Congregate in the large open dining room with multiple tables and counter space. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options for up to 38 people. UPDATE, we just replaced all the hard wood floors on the main level kitchen, living room and entry way.

We bought this house because we have a large family and wanted to be able to go to St. George and stay all together in one place. This place is geared towards families that have the same desire. With that being said we DO NOT want any parties or large events at the house. We would like to keep it as a fun place for families to gather and for guests to always be respectful of noise for neighbors around. Please remember the neighbors are not on vacation.

In the house there are nine spacious bedrooms including three large bunk rooms. Many of the bedrooms feature king beds and sofa sleepers for extra sleeping options. There is one bunk room on the main floor for smaller kids. The spacious kitchen is stocked with many of the things you would need for your stay. There are plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and plastics dishes for the kids. There is a crock pot, instant pot, griddle, blender, mixer, pots, pans and cookie sheets.

Downstairs you will find a large game room with Foosball, ping pong, and air hockey. There is an exercise room with an elliptical, treadmill, bicycle and free weights. You won't miss your work out while you are on vacation! In the basement you will also find a second full sized kitchen with a dining table for 8. There is a pool table with a great family room and giant TV. There is an Xbox with a few games available. Don't miss the game table stocked with many fun games and puzzles for everyone. This house even has a secret room! Try and see if your group can find it? In the basement we have two big bunk rooms that each have access to their own bathroom.

Outside is the large private heated pool with plenty of chairs, loungers and tables with umbrellas for relaxing. You can't miss the large hot tub that seats up to 10 people. Rocking chairs close by to sit down and relax. There is a big sand box, in-ground trampoline, grassy area for volleyball, spike ball, corn hole and other lawn games. Great paved area with a basketball hoop and four square. Brand new is a private pickle ball court! Right behind the pool. Have your own group championship. The possibilities are endless! Please note there is an additional fee of $15 per person over 27 guests. Please be honest with your group numbers. This fee is associated with more garbage, laundry, cleaning and wear and tear that comes with the larger groups.

Also note the pool needs to be heated for use end of September through end of April. The charge is $50/day for the duration of your stay. If your group does not want to use the pool during these months you are not required to pay the extra heating fee. You can use the pool, it will just not be heated.
