Spacious, newly renovated, quiet apartment with lake views of the Schalkenmehrener Maar in the Vulkaneifel. 3 minutes walk to the center & lake. Exclusively equipped: bedroom with box spring bed and large wardrobe (bed linen incl.); Living room with sofa bed (lying area 150x170cm and / or additional bed 90x200cm), satellite TV & music / surround system, Blue-ray / DVD & CD player / collection, games collection; Bathroom with rain shower and hairdryer (bath-towel set incl.); Kitchen with complete equipment (fridge m. Freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove / oven & microwave) and a large selection of dishes and glasses. Garden & covered terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers. The room rate also includes: From 1 week stay: Welcome package consisting of 1 fl. Sparkling wine or wine, sweets, 1 box of sparkling waterAbout 3 days stay: charcoal, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish towels, vinegar / oil / salt / pepper, tealights, coffee-to-go cups. On request tabs for the coffee machine for a small fee (daily price) .On request, we offer a free shopping service!Telephone and WLAN can be made available at cost price (€ 0.09 / unit / SMS or € 2.49 / day / 500MB).
