About this villa rental
Rethymno Villa is located at the beautiful village of Prines , just 5km from Rethymno .Hidden in an oak forest at its entrance and overlooking the beautiful cost of Gerani beach from the entrance of the Villa .
It is a 200m2 Villa located in a private land surrounded with oak trees, olive trees and beautiful sea view .
Relax and enjoy the quietness of the natural environment and a variety of sea and sunset views from any angle of the pool area and balconies and terrace .
Totally isolated but close to everything as Rethymno and the beach is only 2km away, the villa offers full privacy to our guests and a variety of facilities for the whole family to be happy.
This three-storey villa can accommodate 8people in beds. It has 3 main double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 twin single bedroom also en-suite.
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consisting of the living room with a fireplace, satellite HDTV and direct access to the main veranda, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electric devices.Next to the kitchen there is a veranda with a dinning area with beautiful view to the olive and oak trees .
On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom ( which can also be separated to two single ) with en-suite bathroom and private balcony . There is also direct access to the pool .
Reaching the first floor from the stairs which connects all the floors, there are 2 bedrooms both en-suite . One of the bedrooms has two single beds and a private balcony and the other is a king size double bedroom also en suite with a direct access at a large terrace with a sitting area overlooking the beautiful north coast of the island .
In addition, on the top of this level there is a loft which has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower.
All the bedrooms have air-condition, closet, window screens and access to balcony with sitting areas and panoramic views of the beautiful green landscape and the sea .
The 700 sq.m outdoor area is private and complemented by a 42 sq.m private swimming pool .
The pool area also provides a separate hot tube , two shaded kiosks with a living sitting area and a dinning area . There is also a modern stainless steel BBQ where you can prepare an alfresco meal using fresh cretan herbs from our garden.

First of all, thank you so much for this wonderful stay. Stella and her father were amazing hosts, always available for any questions, gave us a lot of support with organization, and made the trip perfect for all of us.The villa has everything you need, and the view is a dream.The massage therapists we booked through Stella were the perfect way to end this trip, I would recommend it to everyone.There is really nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back. Many thanks and see you next time!

We had a truly fantastic week at Villa Zenith. The villa is exceptional, particularly the outside areas. Manolis and Stella could not have been better hosts and provided lots of lovely extra touches to make our stay special. We would highly recommend and would love to return at some point! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful villa - wonderful views - fantastic host - great location. This was my second visit. Found some great local restaurants, had wonderful BBQs at the villa watching the sunset and found some lovely coves for swimming and also did some gorge walking.
