About this apartment rental
Ferienwohnung Ägyptenpfad 2 is located in the 3. Floor of a well-kept residential complex, and is a cozy and bright 1-room apartment of 38 sqm. It is very centrally located and yet quiet. The Neustadt main station with the bus stops, is only a maximum of 5 minutes walk away. Also some hiking trails to the Palatinate Forest and bike paths in the region. In the apartment there is a closed shower room with natural light, here are fresh towels ready for guests. There is a modern kitchen in the kitchenette, equipped with microwave, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, with the view of Neustadt's good room: the Saalbau. A towel, tea towel and dishcloths are ready. In the living area opens a large window overlooking the balcony, over the roofs and steeples of the old town, to the nearby mountains of the Palatinate Forest. Here you can sit, watch the swifts, hear the bells of the collegiate church ringing, and watch the sunset in the evening. Guests have a comfortable box spring bed (140 x 200) freshly made available, as well as a spacious wardrobe with large mirror, an extravagant coat rack and a practical shelf for storing your utensils. Relaxed sitting on comfortable armchairs at the table for reading, watching TV or a glass of Palatinate wine. For entertainment, our guests also have a flat screen TV and remote control, as well as free Wi-Fi, available. In the underground car park you can book a parking space for a total of 10 euros and store your bike, free of charge and safely.

The apartment consists of an apartment with separate shower room with natural light, and a separate kitchen area. The kitchen is new with fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and ceramic hob. Dishcloth, tea towel and towel can be found there as well. The window shows a wonderful view of the living room of the city, the Saalbau. The shower room with natural light has a shower, toilet and hand basin. The towels are already ready for our guests. In the bright living room and bedroom there are 2 cozy armchairs in front of the panoramic window with views over the rooftops of the city, and to the Palatinate Forest with access to a small but nice balcony. A glass of wine at sunset, can be enjoyed here. Spend the night in a freshly made new box spring bed, size 140 x 200 cm. Tray and bedside lamps provide comfort. There is a mint wardrobe with mirror, a handy shelf for the small items, a TV and an extravagant wardrobe ready for you. In the apartment you have free access to Wi-Fi. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Platz für 2 bis 3 Personen.
Alles was man braucht war in der Wohnung. Sehr Zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen aber trotzdem ruhig.

Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Viele Gaststätten in der Nähe. Uns hat es gefallen.
