Bright, quiet apartment in Zülpich - Ülpenich. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, has a separate entrance and is classified with *** for 2 people. A cozy seating area is available through direct access in the garden, including barbecue. Dogs are welcome. Good excursion possibilities are available. Zülpich about 3 km, Seepark Zülpich with water sports lake 2.5 km away. Euskirchen, Bad Münstereifel and Monschau are not far away. Here there are good shopping possibilities. Approximately 30 min to Cologne or Bonn, Belgium and Holland approx. 1 hour driving time, BAB feeder in 5 km. Optimal starting point for biking tours and hikes in the Voreifel. Bus connection in the city to Düren and Euskirchen with connections to the DB network. Special rates for fitters on request. Member of: GästeCard Erlebnisregion Nationalpark Eifel
