Did not receive our entrance number as promised so we had problems getting in and not advised our room number. Very disappointing

I rated the Firefly Staff as poor because it is an self-catering facility. We knew that would be the case, and it worked fine. It would have been comforting to have a phone number to call if something had gone amiss.
