The property was clean, spacious and was in a good location not far from Disneyland where I took my children to
Overall, the accommodation was quite satisfactory, with no major dislikes to report. However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience significantly. One such improvement would be the addition of a free-to-air television service that includes French channels. This would allow guests to easily access French news and local activities, enriching their stay and keeping them informed about the region.
Another important issue concerns the hot water system. It would be beneficial to provide guests with clear information or warnings about its limitations. On one occasion, a member of our group was unable to take a shower because the hot water supply had run out. A better system or communication about usage could prevent this inconvenience in the future.
Additionally, the condition of the toilet upon arrival was less than ideal, as there was an unpleasant odor. To address this, it is recommended that the property owner regularly treats the bathroom drain with bleach or a similar disinfectant before guests arrive. This simple measure would greatly improve the initial impression and comfort of the bathroom facilities.

Le logement était propre, bien décoré et très confortable. La communication avec l’hôte était claire et rapide. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de Disneyland.
Juste un petit détail, l’arrivée pourrait être un peu plus tôt, sinon tout était très bien.

De locatie, een 7-tal km van Disneyland Paris. Ook fijn was de Carrefour Market, een beenhouwerij en 2 bakkers op wandelafstand. Het appartement is vrij goed uitgerust, enkel wijnglazen ontbraken. We waren met 5 personen daar. Er is een slaapkamer met een dwars eenpersoonsbed over een tweepersoonsbed maar we hebben hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Onze zoon sliep in de slaapzetel. Bedden zijn vrij hard maar sliepen wel goed.
Keukenhanddoek, afwasblokjes zijn voorzien.
Spijtig dat het appartement eind december niet vrij is, anders gingen we er terug heen!
Er zijn verschillende beschadigingen, zoals een slaapkamerdeur die niet volledig sloot omdat het hengsel aan de onderkant beschadigd was. Ik heb alle beschadigingen doorgegeven en kreeg bijna onmiddellijk antwoord van de verhuurder. Alles wat proper moest zijn (keuken, badkamer, toilet, bedden, beddegoed en handdoeken) was kraaknet, maar in de hoeken vonden we stofnetten. Ook dat is doorgegeven. Van een appartement dat verhuurd word, kan je niet verwachten dat het picobello in orde is en wat er aan mankeerde hinderde ons niet.
Het enige wat ik wel lastig vond, was het ontbreken van kleine handdoeken om je haar af te drogen, badlakens zijn wel voorzien.

Dichtbij disneyland voor de dag erna optijd aan te komen
Het begon al met het voorschot dat voor ons leek alsof dit van de visa werd afgehoude en 1u voor aankomst nog betaald diende te worden wat voor enorme stress gaf. Dan de Locatie, met 2 gezinnen met kinderen was er totaal geen parking enkel 1 ondergrond en hiervoor moest je eerst de sleutel nemen en in appartement gaan terwijl je de auto nergens kwijt kon. Ook boekte wij voor 4 volwassenen 3 kindjes en een baby en was er voor op de slaapbank geen kussen of donsdeken voorzien. Ook waren er ook al wat schades aan de vloer en kasten. Qua aanduiding welke deur van jou was om binnen te gaan was ook een grote gok
