About this apartment rental
Renovated apartment to nine, 60m2, located 5 minutes walk from the city center, at the foot of the Midi cable car, south exposure, separate entrance, comprising 4 rooms: large kitchen dining room, living room with sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed large width (1m80), 1 bedroom with trundle bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Chalet located in Chamonix, capital of skiing and mountaineering, at the foot of Mont Blanc, and all the prestigious ski resorts (Grands Montets, Vallée Blanche, etc ...) 5 minutes from the city center very lively 'year.
Free shuttles serve the ski slopes, ski lifts and around Chamonix.
You can put your car on a parking lot, and not use it during your stay.
For arrivals by train, the train station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a mini bus (the Mulet) takes you next to the cottage.
Regular buses run from Geneva Airport to Chamonix. Arrival at the bus station 5 minutes from the chalet.

Pascal and Patrica were excellent hosts. The property is in a great location, close to the middle of Chamonix Sud. I would definitely use again for a lovely short break.

If all you want is to stay at a property close to the centre of Chamonix, purely for relaxing after skiing all day, this property fits the criteria. Hosts are very welcoming.

We stayed 6 nights in Chamonix in this lovely chalet for our ski holiday.
The location is perfect, only 5 min walk from Chamonix du sud (bus station), from where all the buses depart to all the skiable areas including Courmayeur, also if you are coming by bus from Geneva, it’s where the bus will stop.
It’s also near the city centre, 5 min walk… there is a spar (supermarket) 3 min walk.
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay…
The hosts are lovely and they welcomed us on our first day. They don’t speak English and therefore the communication is limited if you don’t speak French , but google translate always helps!
The kitchen has all the appliances you need if you want to cook at home.
The only negative thing was the mattress, it could be a bit more comfortable!
