This residence is located opposite the slopes, the chairlift and the VANOISE EXPRESS (access by stairs in 5 minutes). No elevator.Free and uncovered public parking at about 100 meters.Access is not recommended for people with difficulty in moving because it is done by stairs.Classified apartment ** of 33m2, facing south, located in a residence close to slopes and shops as well as Vanoise Express (link with LA PAGNE). The apartment is composed of a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a kitchen area open to a living room with a bench + pull-out bed.Access to the building and the slopes is via stairs.Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric hob. Television. Rented with a ski locker.Sleeps: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pullaway bedsSanitary: 1 bathroom with bath and separate toiletFree public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissue loieties should not be removed from clean beds. Beds must be unladen correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the feet of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be the subject of a bill charged on deposit: 10€ per bed, 25€ per missing lounge, 300€ for the restoration of the furniture.Apartment NO FUMEUR: €300 odor charge for cleaning all fabrics
