Loved the house

Cleanliness Could improve! Floors weren’t swept when we arrived, you could feel sand all over the floors. Towels weren’t clean had stains on them. Couches could use some dusting had sand on and in between cushions.

Great location near the beach and near paths to the beach and nearby river

We had two plumbing problems and asked to speak with management about this but have not heard back from them. The fireplace needs maintenance but we were able to get it going. Hopefully it will be addressed before the next renters arrive.
