l emplacement, agréable pour 3 personnes pendant le festivals des cerf volants la propreté
la place de parking privé qui n est pas du tout recommandée pour les SUV .. impossible de redescendre de l emplacement sans abîmer sa voiture .. idéal pour petites voitures.. Abattant des WC dangereux.. pas adapté

L'emplacement, la possibilité de se garer facilement. La proximité de tous les commerces. Le balcon vu sur la mer. L'appartement lumineux et la résidence très calme.

Le confort agréable et bien situé géographiquement
Le manque de communication humain , la boîte à clé se situe au parking 10 et le logement c’est le numéro 11 on vous donne le code de la boîte mais le logement alors on peut chercher longtemps . Pour info la cafetière tassimo est entartrée , le rideau sur la porte vitrée qui donne le visuel de la rue est cassé, vous devez laisser le volet au 3 quart fermé pour pas que les gens voient dans le logement.
