The property was very nice and clean, it even had a lift which was very useful as my husband had not long had a knee replacement. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely to have your own parking space.
Would be nice to have sachets of tea sugar and milk until you can go to the shop and get some, also it would be nice to have a tv in one of the bedrooms

Communication was really good. Location is great and the whole process was ok. Lovely flat with all amenities within, it's in a great place, lovely and quiet and would definitely stay again if it was cleaner.
The cleanliness wasn't as good as other places we've stayed. The floors hadn't been swept, there was a hair bobble and food by the TV unit and the hallway had an old zipper and lots of hair everywhere. I got the cups out to make a drink and one was coffee stained and another had the remains of hor chocolate in it. The bedroom carpets weren't hoovered around the edges with lots of dead ladybirds. Lots of info about recycling but we couldn't find the bins for the flats, so apologies that we left the rubbish in the bin. One bedroom had a sofa and chest of drawers but the other didn't have anywhere to put clothes or bag.

The property was in a really great location. Parking on site-take always and a Sainsburys less than 5 mins walk away. Also main bus route and a lovely walk into town and then back along the front, just make sure the cliff cars are on! As it’s a steep walk back up.
Couple of the bedside tables were very wobbly and the jigsaws had missing pieces! But apart from that-lovely stay, both bed really comfortable.

The Keys to the property are in a lock box Down a side alley at least quarter of a mile from the property- you need to know this before dragging cases around Scarborough- also we were left the wrong apt keys in the key box - why they just don’t number them is beyond me- when contacted the guys manner made it very clear that somehow it was our fault and dispite coming to let us in (???seriously) we had ruined his day - in short the one member of staff we had to deal with was patronising and uncaring- not even a sorry for the inconvenience and mix up - nice place - shame about the staff!
