L'emplacement est idéal, la climatisation est top, le jardin attenant est appréciable ainsi que la piscine dans la copropriété.
Peut-être un manque de rangement pour les habits.

The outside area was nice to sit and relax
The main bedroom was very small with a camp type bed with mattress, had to sleep on the sleeper couch, bathroom was super small, internet was very poor as well

The studio is very nice and has all the necessary for a confortable stay. The private terrace is definitely a plus, the pool also. Location is very good if you don't want to live in center of Nice because you avoid traffic jams. Host was very nice, gave us indications about nearby parking.
The only improvement needed is the repair of bathroom door, otherwise everithing was perfect.
