About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the middle of Mitteltal overlooking the old town center and the surrounding mountains. The location is ideal as a base for hiking in the valleys of the area. A visit is not only worthwhile because of the beautiful landscape of the Black Forest, but also because of the good food. Several houses with fine cuisine (up to the star kitchen) can be found in the immediate vicinity. In addition, there are numerous hiking huts, where you can stop in very well. Excursion destinations such as Strasbourg, Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe or Freiburg are only about an hour away by car. Also, an outdoor pool with fresh water from the surrounding springs, is only a few hundred meters away. In winter, many ski lifts along the Black Forest High Road can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at Markus’ place. Very spacious and a lot to do nearby. We came with our 3 young kids and had a great time discovering the Black Forest. The apartment is well equipped and offered plenty of room for all of us.Thank you Markus and family for hosting us!

We stayed 2 adults and 3 teenagers in Marcus's nice apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us and the apartment is with everything you need incl a great balcony with a nice view over the beautiful area. There was imformation on things to do in the area and the area is great for hiking. We definitely recommend the apartment.
