Location of property, facilities available in the property, helpful staff/front desk
Property can definitely attract more appreciation if the living room can be maintained to higher standards. For example spider webs on chandeliers and dirt marks on the sofa, here and there. My daughter pointed out these, rest all especially beds in both rooms were clean, and comfy.
