Holiday home on the outskirts of Coin, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This charming traditional Spanish house, full of character, offers spacious accommodation and magnificent outdoor facilities with far-reaching views over the Andalusia countryside. Set in substantial grounds, the property is in a very peaceful area yet is only a short drive to all the amenities you need in and around the small town of Coín. It is also possible for the reasonably agile to walk into town and to a popular local bar/restaurant.
Sleeping up to six, the house features one single floor. The spacious, double-height living room has ample comfortable seating and a dining area, and there's also a second reception room/study for anyone who wants to spend some quiet time on their own. Attached to the living room, is a large, very well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher and American style fridge and freezer. Completing the accommodation is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (where you will find one bathtub and one shower) and two twin bedrooms, plus a family bathroom with a shower.
Two bedrooms and the living room are provided with warm/cool air-con.
The lovely outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool with Roman steps, a great "summer kitchen" with barbecue, a poolside shower room, and plenty of terraces for relaxing and eating al fresco, both in the sun and the shade. Garden furniture and sunbeds are provided.
The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.

Une très belle finca bien équipée (la clim partout !) et très spacieuse. Une belle piscine. Une cuisine extérieure pour déjeuner en plein air.

Cette villa a énormément de charme, j’ai été très surpris par tous les détails mis à disposition par le propriétaire. Cette villa et facile d’accès, pas loin de Marbella ou Fuengirola et Benalmadena. La ville permet de trouver tout ceux dont on a besoin, commerce tabac etc. Cette villa est idéal pour les familles mais aussi pour les amis, nous avons maintenant beaucoup de souvenirs fabuleux de cette villa, la piscine, le barbecue, les soirées en famille… Les enfants seront enchantés par cette maison. L’intérieur de la maison revêt une decoration incroyable. Je conseille cette maison à 100% ! Un grand merci à Anthonio et son épouse qui sont extrêmement gentil et chaleureux… La Villa douceur !

Très belle Finca dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Finca très bien entretenue tant à l’intérieur qu’a l’extérieur. Le must, la piscine. Quel bonheur au quotidien. Très beau extérieur avec une vue dégagée, pas de vis à vis, nous étions au paradis. La localité de Coín est à moins de 2km, et pour faire ses courses au quotidien, nous avons privilégié les petits commerces locaux. Et là, que des belles surprises. Des fruits ( prunes, pêches, poires etc...) à 1,20€ .Et oui, vous avez bien lu... Des poissonniers avec du poisson frais et surtout des conseils pour les cuisiner. Une boucherie charcuterie ( carnicera Salvi) et surtout pour les gourmands comme nous, une excellente pâtisserie ( Dulcinea) . Là encore avec des prix qui vous obligent à acheter plus que de raison. Enfin, il ne faut surtout pas oublier Antonio et son épouse. Un réel plaisir et une très belle rencontre. Une très belle adresse à garder au fond du cœur.
