About this cottage rental
In a hamlet in the Bourbonnais countryside, a fully restored, detached stone farmhouse (exposed beams) overlooks a private pond. Fishing is included in the price (except for predatory fish).
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove, one bedroom (one double bed), one bedroom (two single beds), shower room, separate WC.
Electric heating. Mobile phone available upon request. Private garden (300m²), large courtyard, terrace, gas griddle and charcoal barbecue. Garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong table. Petanque court. Flowering meadow. Walks around the pond and the owner's 2 hectares of woodland. Three-week spa package (March, April, September, October): €950. Preferential rates for other periods. Tronçais Forest 30 km.

Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
