About this apartment rental
In the fishing village with a large terrace, garage and only a few meters to Lake Constance Located in the fishing village of Kressbronn on Lake Constance, this beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with large terrace is so central yet quiet that you can make everything your holiday a special experience, can be reached on foot in no time.
Separate bedroom with double bed and large closet, a modern shower room, living and dining room with sofa bed, TV, radio and with floor to ceiling windows to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. Wi-Fi and parking can be used free of charge.
Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. The apartment is non-smoking! If you want to smoke, please on the terrace. Enjoy a varied holiday on Lake Constance and take wonderful impressions home with you.
The key safe is also a late arrival easily possible. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Even long-term tenants are welcome.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen wäre ein Geschirrspüler wertvoll. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel/ schattig, was im Sommer vielleicht von Vorteil ist. Praktisch und komfortabel ist die Tiefgarage

Sehr schöne geräumige und gut ausgestattete Fewo in ruhiger Lage - nur wenige Minuten Weg zum See - mit Tiefgarage und Platz für unsere Fahrräder - alles bestens!

Die Fewo liegt quasi direkt am See, man muss nur über die Straße gehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und schnell ab. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles da, was man benötigt.

Die Wohnung ist gut gepflegt und gut ausgesatattet. Lediglich der Backofen fehlt. In dem neu renovierten Bad lief beim Duschen das Wasser unter der Duchtür durch. Dies ist aber mit neuen Lippen an der Tür schnell zu beheben. Auch die technische Ausstattung (W-Lan und SAT-TV) ist gut. Angenehm war der Tiefgaragenplatz und der dadurch bequeme Zugang zur Wohnung. Die Einheit ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen.
