الشقة تجاوزت توقعاتي من نظافتها ونظافة الاثاث والمطبخ ودورات المياه. التكيف ممتاز. الشقة لها اطلالتين على المسبح وعلى الحديقة الخلفية. المسبح نظيف وواسع. الشاطئ قريب وهناك مطاعم في الجهة الخلفية للمبنى، تبعد حوالي 400 متر. وقريب منها مطعم يمني قدم الاكل اليمني. بالاضافة الى المطاعم التي تقدم الاصناف الاخرى. وسوبر ماركت ايضا قريبة.
شكرا لصاحب الشقة على اهتمامه فيها.
التحدي هو مكان الوصول لاخذ المفتاح لانه يبعد عن مقر الاقامة 4 كيلوا تقريبا. لكن موظف الاستقبال في مكتب الخدمات كان ودودا على ما اذكر كان اسمه محمد.

We arrived in two groups and collected two sets of keys separately from the office which is about 10 minutes drive / taxi from the apartment. Our friend collected from a staff member, we collected from a keybox - both at the office. On the day of departure we dropped the keys off at the office at around 11am as requested.
A WhatsApp group was setup with me by the management co. and this made comms very easy and they were very responsive to various questions. I also thought it was good they checked in at key milestones to see how we were doing (i.e. first evening, first morning, day before departure). We are English speaking and they were able to converse well in English also.
They provide a really helpful onboarding / access video to get to the apartment - as we arrived in the dark this was very helpful.
There is a Carrefour express within 5 mins walk, as well as tapas places and coffee, it's a 10-15 min walk to the beach where there are great restaurant and bar options overlooking the sea. And a nice running route along the sea front.
Would be good if there was a keybox at the property, but I appreciate this might not be allowed by the building manager. The car park we were initially unsure if the access scanner was working (and there are two car parks) but we managed to get in and out each time so just be patient. And having underground parking was great as it meant the car wasn't boiling when we got into it.

Beautiful apartment with the most comfortable bed ever. Bathroom beginning to look dated so will need updating at some stage. Management team extremely helpful and professional.
Nothing to dislike. Only comment would be that considering the cost a decent welcome pack would be expected. Only water was provided. We’ve stayed in more basic accommodation and have been provided with coffee capsules, milk and some fruit for example.
