Great apartment with parking, close to York city centre, fully stocked kitchen with lots of utensils and extras like fairy liquid, salt, pepper, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar etc which was all much appreciated! Also detailed notes on how everything works, heating, appliances etc was v helpful! Will def stay again when visiting York.
The only negative was the bath towels were quite small, but that’s it.

We thought the location of the flat was brilliant. It was a few minutes to the centre of York. The flat was well equipped in the kitchen and though it was small it had everything you could want for a short stay.
The three night stay on a cold weekend in November was spoiled by the inadequate heating. Though the radiator in the bedroom worked well, the radiator in the main room didn’t seem to work. We phoned the main office on the Monday and the staff assured us that the heating would be fixed, but it wasn’t and it was quite cold in the morning and also each evening in the flat.
