About this house rental
In Capo d'Arco, an exclusive private area located directly on the sea in a splendid natural oasis immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, we rent a beautiful villa from the 1960s in a strategic position consisting of three autonomous units, which can also be rented separately, and surrounded by a park of 4000 m2 with wonderful sea view. The unit we offer is a small loft, totally independent, with an equipped outdoor area.
A lovely place to spend unforgettable holidays!
The accommodation
On the lower floor of the villa there is the delightful 40 m2 open space. Equipped with air conditioning, with porthole instead of windows, a large oval skylight and the particular arrangement of the spaces reminds the shape of a small submarine. Circular, the interior develops around the dining table, surrounded by a sofa that follows the curved walls to the sleeping area, hidden behind a sail-shaped wall. The house is ideal for a couple, but the two beds are separable and a sofa bed can accommodate a third guest. A passing dressing room with hangers and drawers serves as a dressing room and divides the small kitchenette with two burners, from the bathroom with tub / shower.
Outside, a comfortable table can accommodate 5 people while the deckchairs guarantee moments of absolute relaxation on the sea front.
Ideal for those who want privacy and tranquility, for couples and families with children.
We provide our guests with a private parking space near the house.

Capo d'Arco is an exclusive private area of 40 hectares completely fenced located 12 km from Porto Ferraio and 3 km from Porto Azzurro. The area is surrounded by a wonderful pine forest and overlooks the sea directly. Two splendid infinity pools with sea water have been created from the cliffs, one for the youngest and the largest, whose partially rocky seabed recalls the seabed and creates suggestive plays of light. On the pitches in front of the swimming pools, from which you can directly access the sea, and on the small beach called "the crocodile", you can rent deck chairs, sun beds and umbrellas. Two freshwater swimming pools are also located within the area, one always for children and one for adults. The property also offers guests two bars, a pizza restaurant, and a refreshment service by the sea, a small emporium, ping pong fields, two tennis courts and a beach volleyball court. Internet with WiFi available in the dining areas and at the sweet pools.
