Holiday in Bad Soden-Salmünster? Then book now this newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment for 3 people in the district Mernes.
The apartment is located with about 86 m² of living space in the attic of our house and is accessible separately via the stairwell.
The cozy living room with beautiful living area and TV invites you to linger. From there you have direct access to the covered balcony with a view of the countryside.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, pots, frying pan, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, baking pan, baking paper, sugar and flour) with dining area for 3 people and small counter with bar stools.
A bedroom with double bed, mirror and small sitting area and another bedroom with single bed and office furniture are available. In a separate room is a walk-in closet.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bathtub and washing machine. Also a hair dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap and shower gel can be used.
The Wi-Fi and parking in the courtyard can be used free of charge.
Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked on request for free in the garage.
These advantages are also convincing: bed linen and towels included. You want to bring a dog? This is not a problem.
The state-approved resort Mernes is the southernmost district of Bad Soden Salmünster. In the East Hessian Main-Kinzig-Kreis, the village is nestled in the Jossatal in the Spessart National Park. The next motorway connection BAB 66 Fulda - Frankfurt can be reached in approx. 12 km. A grocery store is located about 5 minutes walk away in the town center.
Nature lovers are welcome. Mernes is a true hiking paradise, because it lies in the middle of a weitverzweitgten network of hiking trails. Also for cyclists and motorcyclists the region offers varied tours in the Spessart, in the Vogelsberg and the Rhön.
The Spessart Golf Club is only 9 km away. It is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany with magnificent views of the Feldberg, Hoherodskopf and Wasserkuppe.
Pure relaxation and forget the stress of everyday life. For the Spessart Therme (with a spacious sauna landscape, Thermasole bathing area, Dead Sea salt grotto and Icelab -110 ° C cold chamber) is just the place and in about 13 km to reach.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Am meisten überzeugt hat uns die vollständige Ausstattung und die Liebe zum Detail in der Dekoration und Einrichtung, wodurch man sich schnell wie Zuhause gefühlt hat.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas abgelegen und ländlich, wer also mal eine Pause vom Alltag braucht, ist dort genau richtig.

Das Appartement ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber und dennoch gemütlich! Sehr sympathisches Vermieterehepaar, die sogar die Benutzung eines großen und schönen Gartens mit 2 verschiedenen, ansprechenden Sitzecken anboten. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.
