About this house rental
This 3-bedroom spacious townhome is close to the conference center and has great amenities including tennis court and pool access! As you walk through the front door you will be greeted right away to a newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. Ample counter space and a well stocked kitchen ensure you have everything you need for cooking. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen opens up into an over-sized living room that has plenty of space for your entire party. The large leather sectional is the perfect spot to relax in front of the fireplace! A spacious deck off the main floor with a BBQ makes this property perfect for indoor and outdoor living. There main floor bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the half bathroom and laundry room with a washer/dryer. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and beautiful views of the mountain. The primary en suite has been completely remolded with new counter tops, sinks, and tile work. There is also a futon that sleeps an additional 2 people. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a bunk bed. There is a large walk in closet and it is across the hallway from the second bathroom upstairs. Tennis Townhomes is a quick walk to both the skier shuttle stop and the conference center, making this a perfect spot for both winter and summer vacations! This property also has access to a community outdoor heated pool and tennis courts!

This was a fantastic property and all of the amenities both in and out of the house were fantastic. The girls had a blast and we will definitely remember this property for future team Campouts!

This property was even better than the pictures showed! Absolutely perfect for our girls' weekend! The property was very clean, the location was fantastic, and the views were second to none. We were within a very short drive from food, golf, hiking, coffee, etc. We enjoyed the cool evenings on the deck and then warming up by the fireplace. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. This place checks ALL of the boxes and then some. We're already making plans to come stay again!

The purpose of our stay was to connect with Jesus and each other surrounded by the beauty of all of creation. We stayed 2 nights. The place served us well but there were some items we noticed for needed maintenance which prevented us from making our rating higher than a 3. We were 7 adult women. The bunk beds are not stable for two adult women in their 40’s to sleep on. One of the women ended up sleeping on the couch because they did not feel the bunk beds were safe. Please consider replacing with a sturdier bunk bed. A couple of the chairs in the main living room area had legs that were bent and ready to collapse. We put something under it to help stabilize but that will need to also be looked at for repair. The only other thing I might suggest is to consider allowing guests to have more than 2 parking spaces depending upon the off season for skiing and vacancy of the place. We found that there were far more parking places open. We made it work carpooling and fitting all luggage and food into two vehicles for the weekend but we all came from different homes so a third vehicle may have been more convenient. Other than that, the place felt safe and we were at home.
