It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only dogs up to shoulder height 50 cm allowed. The apartments in the basement have smaller and higher windows. The deposit must be paid by credit card WIFI only in the outdoor area.
