About this apartment rental
In the green northwest of the island, in the district of Nisporto, you will find the terraced apartment complex built on the rocks, with direct access to the sea via a private path. In the 1950s, the former villa was transformed into a residence by Italian film directors. It is 600 meters to the romantic beach bay (fine pebbles) of Nisporto. It is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts and beach holidaymakers. This is what your holiday residence offers: 10 residential units, reception, garden furniture, outdoor shower, parking lot (distance 200 m) Extras included: 10% discount on a sailing course at the Elba Sailing Club in Maggazzini Activities nearby: From A narrow staircase leads to a small, approx. 10 sqm large rock plateau. You can get over the rocks in several places directly into the sea, which is very deep in some places and therefore unsuitable for non-swimmers. Also visit Portoferraio and stroll through the streets of the Italian city. When the weather is nice, a crossing from the port in Portoferraio to the mainland is also worthwhile.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The property is accessed via a narrow road. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm). Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufreiden! Gigi und Angela waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als wir einen Roller mieten wollten. Die Wohnung ist nämlich ohne Auto oder Roller fast nicht zu erreichen und ziemlich abgelegen. Dafür ist die Aussicht traumhaft schön und der direkte Zugang zum Meer (etwas klettern muss man allerdings) toll. Der Ort Nisporto ist sehr klein. Zum Einkaufen fährt man am besten nach Rio nell'Elba.
Mit dem Roller waren wir flexibel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen können.
