The Lodge was as described. It was compact and clean, and absolutely adequate for my short stay. WiFi was great.
BBC1, strangely, did not seem to be available. There was no phone signal (EE) but that might just be my supplier.

The pod / lodge was in a nice countryside location. Bed was comfy and the shower was good.
The wifi didn't work. The host messaged back some passwords when I text, but then said it must be down, and that was it! No one came to check it or try to get it working in the two days I was there, even though I said I needed it for work and I presume the hosts house was just 30m away.
There was dust and dirt on the pillow when I got there.
It is a pod, so expected a bit rustic, but it didn't feel as if it had been checked properly before my stay.
