Location. Breakfast/View.
I didn't like having to search for my own parking on the city street. I didn't like having to search for the parking garage. I didn't like searching for my car when I went back to the parking garage. A valet would have been nice and I would have paid for one. When people are in a new city, driving in a busy downtown area with one way roads can be stressful. The last thing a guest wants to do after driving in and unloading bags is to go search for parking and/or a parking garage in an unfamiliar city.
Also, as a visitor, I don't speak the local language, so the tv was useless. It would have been nice to be able to plug my laptop into the tv so I could watch something in English. But the tv was disabled so changing the input was not possible. There should be an option for guests to plug laptops into the tv. This is perfectly safe for the tv.

The rooms were clean and well appointed.
The staff were welcoming and helpful and remembered what you were doing during the day and asked you about it when they next saw you. The staff in the bar on the 4th floor were especially good at this.
The view from the 5th floor is spectacular and we spent time up there watching the sun set
Breakfast was excellent. Catered for vegetarians.
It is very central
The only thing I didn't like was that my room was consistently too hot for me. The receptionist came to see if she could help with the thermostat but I still the temperature would not go down without opening the windows wide, I suspect that what happened when the room started to cool was that the heater tried to reheat the room! This all may not be an issue for those that like a hot room but it made it hard for me to sleep.

It was perfect. The best was the place for the breakfast but the food was good as well :). The view from the restaurant was amazing.

For us it’s all about a good nights sleep. The bed mattress was mushy, little support. Breakfast was a BIG disappointment. There is an Illy right next door go there! It was clean, great rooftop bar and good location. But in the end, if you don’t get a good nights sleep nothing much matters.
Bedding. Too soft. Like a taco you sink in.
