The apartment is very clean and modern and feels like it's been just recently renovated. A few beautiful pieces of antique oak furniture make it feel homely. The view from the kitchen dining room is stunning. The kitchen was very well equipped and included some essential provisions, like coffee and milk in the fridge. The walk into town along the river Meuse is very pleasant. There is a reserved car parking space next to the property.
The house is on the main road into Dinant. The traffic is noisy, especially when the windows are open, though it dies down in the evening.

Prachtige locatie. Jammer dat je drie trappen op moet, dat zouden ze er wel bij mogen vermelden.
De klacht de volgende morgen over geluidsoverlast en dat ze het apartement nog nooit zo hadden aangetroffen terwijl we alles hebben opgeruimd zoals de opdracht was. Tot 1uur snacht Hitster spelen op een mini JBL speakertje is dus al teveel geluidsoverlast blijkbaar.

Wij hebben oprecht een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Dinant in dit appartement. De eigenaar, Stephan, was uitstekend bereikbaar en stond altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden.
