In the green northwest of the island, in the district of Nisporto, you will find the terraced apartment complex built on the rocks, with direct access to the sea via a private path. In the 1950s, the former villa was transformed into a residence by Italian film directors. It is 600 meters to the romantic beach bay (fine pebbles) of Nisporto. It is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts and beach holidaymakers. This is what your holiday residence offers: 10 residential units, reception, garden furniture, outdoor shower, parking lot (distance 200 m) Extras included: 10% discount on a sailing course at the Elba Sailing Club in Maggazzini Activities nearby: From A narrow staircase leads to a small, approx. 10 sqm large rock plateau. You can get over the rocks in several places directly into the sea, which is very deep in some places and therefore unsuitable for non-swimmers.
