About this apartment rental
Modern, tastefully furnished apartments with a shared pool. Your residence is surrounded by greenery and offers a splendid panoramic view of the valley all the way to Rio nell'Elba. You'll surely feel at home in your apartment's bright rooms. A swim in the sea will refresh you—the beaches of Nisporto, Bagnaia, and Nisportino are all nearby, within a radius of about eight to ten kilometers. This quaint, romantic mining village is one of the oldest on Elba. Its narrow streets are lined with trattorias and restaurants, as well as various shops. The town center is just three kilometers from your vacation home. To the east lies the village of Rio Marina, with a small harbor and a small sandy beach. On the north side of the island, the beaches of Nisporto, Bagnaia, and Nisportino are within a radius of about eight to ten kilometers. Nearby activities: The historic center of Capoliveri, built in medieval style on a hill, is worth a visit. Stroll through the narrow streets, browse the shops and restaurants, and soak up the town's charm. The panoramic road that starts from Capoliveri and runs high above the Golfo della Stella offers beautiful views. The route ends at the famous Cala dell'Innamorate beach. For all vacationers interested in history, a visit to the Napoleonic Museum, not far from Portoferraio, is recommended.

Only small dogs are allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). In July and August, it is advisable to reserve the ferry in good time. Access via a winding coastal road. Villa ITO09262 is located on the same property and its guests also use the pool. Only small dogs are allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm). The laundry package also includes tea towels. Sales of regional products from our own production by the landlord.

La propriété comporte 8 logements essentiellement des studios et 2 pièces et une villa plus grande. Nous étions dans le 2 pièces "Rustico" dans une petite maison totalement indépendante. Vue magnifique, calme extraordinaire. Coin cuisine avec 2 plaques électriques, micro-onde, frigo et un matériel de base suffisant pour cuisiner. Aucun produit de base (sel, huile...). Belle salle de bains, très grand lit confortable. Nous avons séjourné la deuxième semaine de septembre. La piscine est très grande, on nage avec une vue merveilleuse. Nous y étions presque toujours seuls. C'est une bonne alternative aux plages qui étaient encore envahies, même si, on peut en trouver à proximité qui sont encore sauvages (sans parasols et matelas à louer). Ce ne sont pas les plus belles de l'île (mais les plus belles sont totalement surpeuplées). Cette région de l'île reste la plus préservée du tourisme de masse. Le port de Rio Marina est à 3 km par une toute petite route (6km par la plus grande), animé mais encore tranquille (2 supermarchés ouverts tous les jours en saison jusqu'à 20h30, restaurants, cafés, banque), le mieux pour le ferry depuis Piombino (compagnie Toremar) car Portoferraio est à environ 40mn de voiture. Le joli village de Rio nell Elba également à 3 km. Belles randonnées à proximité. Visite des anciens sites miniers. Gigi qui s'occupe des locations vous donnera toutes les infos nécessaires (italien, anglais, allemand). Certainement le lieu où je retournerai si je reviens à l'île d'Elbe. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances paisibles dans la nature. Attention cependant: si vous souhaitez visiter toute l'île, il faut vous attendre à faire beaucoup de voiture car la location n'est pas centrale du tout. Compter au minimum 2h pour traverser l'île (routes très sinueuses et circulation importante par endroits).
