- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Let me start by saying the pictures do not do this house justice. Beautiful house and neighborhood. We booked this house to accommodate 6 adults and 8 children for a short family Christmas vacation. With14 people in 1 house, you can feel like you are on top of one another, however there were so many areas to spread out you couldn't tell. The noise rule we received in our email was a little intimidating because it made it seem like you couldn't make any sound however the magnet on the fridge was a lot more comforting. We had 1 hiccup with the hot water but we reached out and they responded immediately and had someone out in no time. This was the first house we stayed at where we didn't wish we packed extra plates, pots etc, they had everything. Normally there is enough for 5-6 but there was plenty of everything for all 14 of us. We loved our stay here and debated extending our stay just to enjoy the house longer. We have booked several houses and this is my top 2 favorite house we stayed at.

We had 6 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room to spread out in this wonderful home near Sunset Cliffs. Rooms were spacious and the 3 1/2 bathrooms ensured we could all get ready in the morning with ease.
The kitchen and dining room sell this rental -- if you need to sit 25 for dinner, this is your place. The living room was smaller than I expected but we were able to adjust a few pieces of furniture from the den to allow more to sit and chat.
Kitchen is well equipped and the garage is a bonus. Due to the slant, it's really hard to get 2 cars in the garage but it does fit one comfortably. Parking is an issue on the street - apparently lots of trades people or multiple car houses nearby.
Downstairs bedrooms don't have TVs - not an issue for us but can be for some. Carpet downstairs does need cleaning or replacement.
We will definitively consider this house again for a large gathering of family.

We had a great time in the house. Way bigger than we were expecting. Seems like it was brand new.

Family trip with kids and grandparents. House was great except sound insulation is very bad. You can hear everything anyone is doing in all other rooms. If some people go to bed early, you basically can’t even walk around the house without making a lot of noise. Neighborhood is walkable and nice.
