Beautiful house in the middle of the Silvretta region, sunny and quiet in the district of Plattwies (1,380 m asl). The ski bus takes you quickly and comfortably to the Kappl-Dias and Ischgl ski areas. The mountain village of Kappl is located in the middle of the imposing mountains of the Paznaun Valley and still offers a real village idyll, warm hospitality and enchants with a fantastic range of leisure activities. Highlights: Silvretta Premium Card included - mountain railways in Paznaun, Samnaun, Montafon/Brandnertal Use of local public transport, use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road and bike transport Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning 15% on ski rental on site Activities nearby: ski school and ski rental in the Kappl ski area (40 km of slopes up to 2,700 m altitude, 11 lifts, including 1 gondola, 3 chair lifts, 4 tow lifts and 3 conveyor belts). 6 km long floodlit natural toboggan run. The Kappl-Dias ski area is one of the most beautiful in the entire Silvretta region. An experience that is second to none is the ride on the detachable Alblittkopf quad chairlift to the realm of almost three-thousanders. In comfortable armchairs and equipped with weather protection hoods, you float over an imposing mountain backdrop. With lots of sun, lots of snow and good air, everyone will find the challenge they are looking for. The ski pass association of the Silvretta Arena is valid for 66 facilities, 215 km of slopes in Ischgl/Samnaun, Galtür, Kappl and See (all between 1,377 and 2,872 m altitude)

Very peaceful spot with stunning mountain views, The ski lifts were easily accessible via the shuttle, and we enjoyed exploring the local dining options, especially the MooserWirt restaurant, Perfect for a winter retreat!

Nice and well kept apartment at five minute drive outside of Kappl. Hostess is friendly and well organized (though strict in keeping everything neat). Towels were changed over the course of the week which ws communicated in advance. Had a very nice stay.
