This completely renovated fully furnished guesthouse that offers full kitchen with NEW appliances. Internet & 4k TV with Roku. Onsite security cameras with door code and free street parking. In unit laundry access to residents. Full fenced in backyard for kids and furbabies to play safely. Lovely outdoor leisure furniture and an above ground pool. We are minutes away from the River Walk, Pearl Brewery, the Zoo, various museums, highly rated restaurants, bars, and popular family entertainment.

Great location and owner. Very nice little guest house. Only thing I wish I'd known is that there is no door to one bedroom (curtain) and a window open to the living room in other bedroom. Our two year old didn't sleep as well because of that, but otherwise everything was very good.

This place is spacious and clean, great neighborhood for dog walking. Our dog actually made a friend of the owner’s dog, his first friend ever. Now that’s a Texas welcome.

Lots of towels - love that! Didn’t really understand TV options so a page iof directions in book would be helpful. The only suggestion i have is to add box springs to the beds. My back was sore after waking. But otherwise all was great.
