If you are planning to ski in one of the resorts Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am see or Maiskogel, the accommodation has a great location. There is also a train station nearby, and it is less than 10 minutes by car to a grocery store (BILLA, Spar). The hosts were helpful and responded promptly to messages, the accommodation is cozy and clean, the kitchen is really fully equipped. There is also a TV including Netflix, and wifi access as well. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
The accommodation also has a ski storage room, but it is a storage space located outside (a small shed), and unfortunately skis or ski boots stored there do not dry out after skiing. Therefore, we left our skis and ski boots inside the apartment. Parking is also possible at the property for free, but it is a bit rough near the main road.

The apartment is really sunny, cosy, clean and beautiful, just like on the pictures. The owner was very communicative / responsive, gave us all instructions and answered our questions. The location is good, on the other side of the street there is a grocery store and a bakery as well. We also liked the view to the mountains and the cosy hanging chair on the balcony. Arrival and departure is very easy using the key lockbox. Overall, we can recommend this apartment.
The apartment is dog-friendly, however if you arrive with a dog, consider the additional fee of 15 EUR/night and also that there are external metal grid stairs that lead to the apartment which is on the first floor.
As others mentioned already, it is next to a busy road and the train, but I think the noise is relatively ok if you consider these aspects.
