Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist von Vorteil. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind vorhanden.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und sauber aber nicht gemütlich. Wir mussten Toilettenpapier kaufen. Die angebrochene Rolle vor Ort war so gut wie leer. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht beansprucht. Dazu hätte man zum Hotel in der Karlstadt fahren müssen. Es wäre schön, wenn man wählen könnte, ob man mit oder ohne Frühstück buchen möchte.
